This project I’m working on? It’s really coming together!

I’m almost done with my project, and it’s already making a huge difference. Our team works mainly within our helpdesk (Help Scout) – on each ticket that comes through, we can add notes and reference other tickets, so it’s all handy. However, we’re also working with a bunch of other systems that we can’t control, so a lot of the time we find that we have to look up information separately and then manually add it.

What my project – a bot – does, is quickly search for relevant information from our third-party systems and then add it to the tickets in Help Scout. This means that we are always working with the right information immediately! I love it.
